Safety switches controlled by the microcomputer are located throughout key parts of the escalator, maintaining real-time monitoring of the entire escalator’s operating status.
When a fault or abnormality that could cause an accident occurs in any part of the escalator, the microcomputer automatically cuts off power and applies the brakes. The fault location is then displayed on the digital display panel, enabling maintenance personnel to immediately locate the fault, facilitating repairs and reducing downtime.
The main rail features anti-sway design on both sides, effectively preventing the stairway from swerving and ensuring smooth step operation.
Adopts an integrated upper and lower side panel assembly for high precision and smooth operation.
High-strength die-cast aluminum alloy steps, tested for 20 million cycles under dynamic load, far exceeding national standards.
